Terms of service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the artificial intelligence consulting and integration services provided by TailorTech AI: education sessions, assessments, automations, custom AI assistants and ongoing advisory.
Services are offered exclusively on a quotation basis, to B2B clients.
2. Description of services
TailorTech AI designs and implements, within the scope defined in each quotation:
- education sessions for leadership teams,
- assessments identifying and quantifying productivity opportunities,
- process automations and custom artificial intelligence assistants,
- ongoing consulting and advisory services.
3. Nature of the delivered systems
The client expressly acknowledges that:
- artificial intelligence systems may produce approximate, incomplete or incorrect answers,
- the quantified figures presented in assessments are estimates, not guarantees of results,
- interactions generated by delivered assistants come from automated systems.
4. Liability
The client remains solely responsible for the use of the delivered systems, their distribution channels and the decisions made on the basis of their results.
TailorTech AI cannot be held liable for:
- decisions made on the basis of deliverables or system responses,
- misuse or non-compliant use,
- indirect or intangible damages.
5. Data and confidentiality
Data provided by the client remains the property of the client.
It is used solely within the scope of the agreed service and is neither resold nor used for other purposes.
Data can be deleted at the client’s request, in particular at the end of the collaboration.
6. Intellectual property
The technical infrastructure, methods, models and know-how developed by TailorTech AI remain its exclusive property, unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation.
7. End of service
At the end of the engagement or upon written request from the client, TailorTech AI will delete the data entrusted for the engagement within a reasonable time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
